Sky Harbor Airport to Tempe
Public Transportation
There are many options to get from Sky Harbor Airport to Tempe.
The PHX Sky Train automated train system provides transportation around Sky Harbor’s terminals, and connects to the Valley Metro Rail at the 44th St/Washington Valley Station. The Valley Metro Rail provides a direct route to Tempe, with multiple stops in the vicinity of the ASU Tempe Campus (such as the Rural Road Light Rail Station).
One-way fare is $2 and can be purchased ahead of time or with cash at the Rail Station. An online Light Rail Trip Planner is available.

Taxi and Shuttle
Taxis and Supershuttle Vans are available at each terminal. Super Shuttle Service is generally convenient and much more economical than taxi service.

Rental Cars
All major car rental companies have offices at Sky Harbor. Be sure to make a reservation.
Parking @ ASU
Visitor parking is available at the Apache Blvd. Parking Structure. You may reserve parking on the Tempe campus ahead of your visit through Parking and Transit Services.
Accommodations
We have negotiated conference rates at The Graduate hotel, which is a 5-10 walk from the conference venue.
When booking rooms conference participants should ask for "MOCO’19, 6th International Conference on Movement and Computing."

All reservations requested after the Cut-off Date or outside the Room Block must be confirmed by Hotel and will be accepted on a space available basis at the group room rate.
Each guest is responsible for their own room, tax, any incidental charges, and any damages to their room. Method of payment will be established with each guest at the time of reservation. Billing – individuals are responsible for their own room and tax charges.
Individual room cancellations and changes will be accepted by the hotel, without charge to the guest, up to 12:00 pm day before arrival.
There is an airport shuttle that can pick you up from the airport at no additional cost. You may not book in advance, but when you land and have collected your baggage, you can ring the front foyer at: 480 967 9431 and they will direct you from there. In any case, and Uber or Lyft or Taxi is approximately a 10-15-minute drive from Sky Harbor airport, depending on the time of day.
